Dear Students,

Please find the schedule of external presentation of project work scheduled on 13-14th December 2017, at Room 203-Block 3, 9.30 AM onwards. Please bring a rough draft of the report along with you during the presentation. A single PPT comprising of Seminar and Project work is to be presented. ADMIT AND VERIFICATION CARD DISTRIBUTION

Please collect your admit card on Monday, 11th December 2017, after 3 PM from my cabin. Please bring 2 passport size photographs with you. No admit card will be issued without the photographs.

REPORT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Dear Students,

Please find the report submission guidelines. The last date of submission of soft copy of the report to the guide is 8th December 2017. The format to be followed for the report is attached below. Apart from the chapter mentioned, please attach the time line of the project work and future work to be done at the end of the report. Also make sure that not more than 15% of the content is plagiarized, more than 85% unique content is needed.  For further information please contact your respective guide.

Admit card distribution Schedule

Admit cards shall be distributed to the eligible students as per the following schedule:

Thursday, Nov 23: 3-4 pm and Friday, Nov 24: 10-2 pm

B Tech (2nd year): Safdar, Room 104
3rd year: Anumod, Room 106
4th year: Pinaki, Room 105

M Tech (Structures): Nishant
M Tech (Geotech): Sarmistha
M Tech (Env): Dr. Gaurav
M Tech (Construction Mgmt): Pinaki

Do note the following conditions for receiving the admit card:

1) You have filled all the Feedbacks on LMS for all the courses.
2) You have 2 passport-size photographs with you.
3) You do not have any pending dues or documents. Such admit cards shall be available with the OSD office.
4) You are eligible to take the exam as per the eligibility criteria set by the university.

Subject-wise feedback

It is mandatory for all the students to fill-in the final feedback for all the courses on LMS. Without completion of it, you will not be given your admit card for the upcoming examination.

The feedback can be filled on your phone or our dept. labs can be used for the same as per the following schedule:

9-11 am: 2nd year (Anumod)
11-1 pm: 3rd year (Afreen)
1-3 pm: 4th year (Shikha)
3-4 pm: M Tech students (Nishant)

The names of the faculty who will assist you in the process is also given in the parentheses.

You are required to finish the exercise at the earliest to avoid last-minute hassles in the distribution of the admit cards.
