SUMMER TERM PRACTICAL EXAMS 2018

The practical examination of summer term-2018 will be held on 20th July, 2018 (Friday)

Here is the list of students.

Timings- 9:30 am -12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Reporting time for the students: 9:30 am in the department.

Those who have examination should report a day earlier (with their admit card) for the timings in the department.  

The students are required to prepare their practical files and reports which ever is applicable for your lab. and  bring it on that day.

M.TECH FINAL DISSERTATION SCHEDULE

Dear Students,

Please find the schedule of thesis defense. The final viva is scheduled on 8th-9th June 2018, 9.30 AM onwards at Block 3, Room 105. Please carry 2 passport size photographs for your verification and admit card. Also you are required to submit 4 hard bound copies of your dissertation duly signed by your supervisor. Please be on time and wear formals.

M Tech thesis submission deadline

All the students are required to submit a copy of their thesis, after approval & signature of their respective adviser, to their program coordinator. The deadline for the same is Fri, May 18, 2018.

You will need to attach a plagiarism check report with your thesis and the similarity index needs to be less than 20% for the thesis to be accepted. For plagiarism check, you can send a soft copy of your thesis to your advisor.

Alumni Membership Fee

Dear Final year Students,

Sharda University Alumni Association (SUAA) has been registered under Society Registration Act, at Meerut for enabling alumnus interaction amongst themselves, faculty members and Alma-Mater activities. The general body of SUAA has constituted the committee to manage the affairs of the association with following Office bearers:-

·         Vice Chancellor, Founder
·         Mr. Anurag Pandey (President)
·         Mr. Pratik Gupta (General Secretary)
·         Mr. Prince Nagar (Treasurer), and
·         Other members

As you are aware that SUAA has initiated many activities like alumni get-together, alumni day celebration, launch of alumni portal - alumni.sharda.ac.in, etc.  I am attaching a copy of the monthly digest for your reference.

As per the rules and regulations of SUAA, all the students of the Sharda University will become member of the SUAA as soon as they pass out. For membership a onetime fee of Rs.1,100 is required to be paid by each student. 

It is proposed to deduct Rs.1,100 from the security deposit amount of all the final year students, this year for membership fee of SUAA. In case, you have any reservations, kindly reply to alumni@sharda.ac.in by January 30, 2018.

This fund will be utilized for alumni activities and will be managed by the University.
