Final Attendnace list

The final attendance list can be accessed from this link.

If your name was not there in the earlier list and now your attendance is more than or equal to 65%, contact the OSD office.

All the admit cards of those students whose attendance was less than 65% (as per the earlier list) are in OSD office. Any extra relaxation due to sports, contrivance etc shall be given at the OSD end. Contact the OSD office for the same.

The department shall keep on distributing the attendance of those students whose attendance is 65% or more, as per the old list.

Those students having attendance between 60-65% and were hospitalised at any point of time during the term, may submit the hospitalisation certificate to my office for consideration. Do not chase the application, we shall send the application to the Dean's office. The admit card shall only be distributed, by the OSD office, if the application is approved by the Dean.

Admit Card Distribution

The admit cards for 1st yr MTech, 2nd year BTech and 4th Year BTech shall be distributed from today 2pm in room number 205,block3.

You are advised to bring two photographs (compulsory) to get the admit card.

The list of students who are eligible to get the admit cards as per the attendance of 21st April, 2017 can be accessed from here.

Those who do not find their names in the above list, may wait for the next list to be published.

Those students who have fee dues or documents pending shall have to approach the OSD office for the admit card.

Internal Evaluation of Project/ Term Paper/ Hons Project etc



The internal evaluation for Term Paper, Final Year Project, Hons Project, Thesis etc has been scheduled for 24-26th March.

Be prepared for the same. Individual/ Group shall be required to do a presentation of 15minutes to a panel, followed by viva.

Term paper students shall be required to submit their final draft and Project students shall also submit the draft thesis. Without these, the presentation shall not be accepted.

The exact schedule shall be published by 19th March.

Bridge Design using STAAD-PRO free workshop on Thursday, Apr 6

A FREE workshop on "Bridge Design using STAAD-PRO" will be organized on Thursday, April 6 in Auditorium 014 (Block-III) from 2pm- 4 pm.

All the participants will get the attendance for 2 lectures and certificate of completion.

Constructo Inauguration and Attendance

Constructo'17 Inauguration




Date: 6th and 7th April, 2017
Time: 9am onwards
Venue: Audi 005, Block3 
 
All the students are informed to assemble at Audi 005, Block 3 at 8:30 am for the inauguration ceremony of Constructo '17, 6th April 2017.

For attending the Constrcuto'17, students shall be getting one attendance for every hour they attend. There shall be attendance every hour in the Audi and if they are present in the Audi 005  during inauguration and tech talk, they shall get extra attendance.

Attendance shall be held at 9,10,11am, 12noon and 1,2,3 and 4pm. For every hour of attendance of the event, one attendance shall be provided.
