Notice regarding hospitalisation

NOTICE

Department of Civil Engineering

Students who have attendance between 60-64% and were admitted in hospital and wish to submit hospitalization certificate, they are advised to submit the same in cabin number 6, Room No. 103, Block 3 to Mr Vikram. No application shall be entertained in my cabin.

Any other application shall also be submitted in the same cabin ONLY.

All these applications shall be forwarded to the Dean's office after verifying the facts by the HOD office.

Any application submitted earlier shall also be sent to the Dean's office.

Debarred List

Below is the debarred list.

Students having attendance between 60-65% shall ONLY be allowed to appear in the ETE provided they were hospitalised and have a valid hospitalisation certificate where they were admitted. The same shall ONLY be approved by the Dean and no one else.

Students having attendance below 65% but more than or equal to 50% shall be allowed to appear in the practical examination now and then shall be allowed to appear in theory exams during the Summer Term Examination.

Those who have attendance below 50% shall not be allowed to appear in the exam
