SUMMER TERM PRACTICAL EXAMS 2018

The practical examination of summer term-2018 will be held on 20th July, 2018 (Friday)

Here is the list of students.

Timings- 9:30 am -12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Reporting time for the students: 9:30 am in the department.

Those who have examination should report a day earlier (with their admit card) for the timings in the department.  

The students are required to prepare their practical files and reports which ever is applicable for your lab. and  bring it on that day.

M.TECH FINAL DISSERTATION SCHEDULE

Dear Students,

Please find the schedule of thesis defense. The final viva is scheduled on 8th-9th June 2018, 9.30 AM onwards at Block 3, Room 105. Please carry 2 passport size photographs for your verification and admit card. Also you are required to submit 4 hard bound copies of your dissertation duly signed by your supervisor. Please be on time and wear formals.

M Tech thesis submission deadline

All the students are required to submit a copy of their thesis, after approval & signature of their respective adviser, to their program coordinator. The deadline for the same is Fri, May 18, 2018.

You will need to attach a plagiarism check report with your thesis and the similarity index needs to be less than 20% for the thesis to be accepted. For plagiarism check, you can send a soft copy of your thesis to your advisor.

M.TECH THESIS INTERNAL PRESENTATION SCHEDULE

Dear Students,

Please find attached the schedule of internal thesis presentation to be held on 24th April 2018, 9.30 AM onwards. The time slots and the venue is mentioned in the attached sheet. The presentation should contain your entire work of the thesis. Also you are required to have a draft copy (spiral bound) of the report with you during your presentation. Please be on time.

• The B.tech 2nd yr (minor project) students will give their presentation with their groups.
• Minor project students have to submit their report duly signed by their guides at the time of their ppt.
